The Premier League title and relegation places may have already been confirmed, but the race for a top-four finish looks set to go the distance.
Manchester City won the title as Manchester United’s defeat to Leicester City on Tuesday night sealed the title for Pep Guardiola’s table-toppers.
With Sheffield United, West Brom and Fulham confirmed as heading down to the Championship, the real drama is to be found in the battle for Champions League qualification.
On Wednesday night, Chelsea lost 1-0 to Arsenal as the Blues’ European qualification hopes took a hit.
That result opens things back up for West Ham, Tottenham and Liverpool – with the latter facing Man United in their rearranged Old Trafford game on Thursday.
