Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s family home has reportedly been invaded by unidentified thugs brandishing cutlasses and guns.
The event happened in the early hours of Tuesday in Kogi State’s Okehi Local Government region, specifically in the Obeiba-Ihima region.
In a post on his X account on Thursday, Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency specialist specialising in the Lake Chad region, revealed this.

According to Makama’s intelligence sources, the event was reported to security officials by Yakubu Ovanja, the senator’s chief security officer.
As per the security expert, Ovanja disclosed that the assault took place at about one in the morning and featured a minimum of three armed persons who damaged the structure, including breaking glass panes.
“Following a distress alert, a team of security operatives from Okehi Division swiftly mobilized to the scene. While no casualties were reported and no arrests have been made, the premises were documented and preliminary investigations have commenced.
