Monday Okpebholo, the governor of Edo state, has suspended the Executive Secretary, Edo State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, Dr. Caulson Osoikhia Oahimire, over allegations of grave financial and official infractions.
This is contained in a letter obtained by The Intercept on Tuesday, April 29 and signed by Umar Musa Ikhilor, the Secretary to the State Government
The most senior staff of the agency has, however, been charged with the responsibility of functioning in the capacity pending the outcome of a special committee to be constituted bythe Government to investigate the various allegations and submit a report to the governor.
