President Bola Tinubu has ratified the appointment of new members of the governing council of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB.
This was revealed in a statement by the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, Bayo Onanuga, on Thursday
Onanuga said Tinubu, in his efforts to reinforce the NCDMB’s capacity to grow local content in the oil and gas sector, approved the appointment of four members of the board.

The new board members were appointed following the departure of the existing representatives from various organisations, according to the presidential spokesperson.
He stated that, among other things, the NCDMB is dedicated to looking at methods to enhance its duties of monitoring and encouraging Nigerian involvement in the oil and gas industry.
