Nigerian actress Wumi Toriola has taken to social media to call out popular food blogger Chef T, Aka Diary of a Kitchen Lover, for not responding to her collaboration request.
On March 13, 2025, the Nollywood actress posted an old screenshot of an Instagram conversation between herself and the food blogger in August 2024, showing that she had asked Chef T for a collaboration.
However, her request remained unresponded to, an action that Toriola did not take lightly.
The screenshot was posted with the caption:
“Diaryofakitchenlover feels like she doesn’t need anyone again, na only she grow her grow. Shey na December me sef come out?”

Toriola’s post sparked reactions across social media, with many agreeing with her and saying that Chef T should have at least responded to the request. However, others slammed the actress over her ‘entitlement.’
Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade aka Asake has been called out by Fatai Odunsi aka Malo who claims to be the biological father of the Grammy nominee.
Odunsi also cried out for financial assistance after suffering from a stroke.
Odunsi, who is suffering from a partial stroke, made the plea in a now-trending video on social media.
He accused Asake of neglect, noting that the last time he saw him was when the sickness started in March 2022.
While calling on Nigerians to render his financial help for his medical treatment, he said
“Good day everyone, I’m the one that gave birth to Ahmed Asake the singer.
“The last time I set my eyes on him was March 2022 when my sickness started. If I called Asake, he won’t pick up. Please help me, it is your help that I need”.
Conflicting reports also emerged about the father, Malo’s involvement in the singer’s life.
While some quarters reported that Asake was abandoned by his dad as a child, many other reports countered the claim and noted that Malo was very present in the singer’s life and that his mother who abandoned him and came back was the one getting all the love.
