Controversial American rapper Lil Nas X has announced that he suffered partial paralysis on the right side of his face.
The ‘Old Town Road’ hitmaker took to Instagram to share a video of himself at the hospital.
Lil Nas X tried to smile, but it appeared that only the muscles on the left side could move while the right remained dormant.
“You want a smile? This is me doing a full smile by the way. It is like what the f**k, I cannot even laugh right. So…,”
he said.
He also captioned the video: ”
“Soo lost control of the right side of my face”.

Fans and colleagues of the musician have taken to the comment section to express their concerns and wish him a quick recovery.
Though the two-time Grammy Award winner did not confirm his diagnosis, his posts reminded fans of when singer Justin Bieber was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome in 2022.
The condition left the pop star with “full paralysis” on one side of his face and forced Bieber to cancel his Justice world tour.
Lil Nas X rose to prominence after releasing his first single, ‘Old Town Road’, and has won several awards.
In 2019, the singer also came out as gay on social media.
Popular Nigerian TikToker, Peller, and his girlfriend, Jarvis, have sparked breakup rumours on social media. The controversy began after Peller was seen getting cosy with another girl during his recent trip to Ghana.
Reacting in a TikTok live session, Jarvis expressed her grievance over the incident, stating that she could no longer continue with the relationship.
Defending his actions, Peller claimed that he had been paid to appear in the girl’s video to help promote her page. He said
Peller, a 19-year-old TikToker, proposed to the 23-year-old in December 2024. The two lovers have remained in the public eye due to their displays of affection.
