Famous Nollywood actress and producer, Eniola Ajao has refuted claims that she was involved in EFCC’s arrest of Bobrisky.
Eniola’s reactions came months after Bobrisky blamed her for his arrest.
Bobrisky who received the ‘Best Dressed Female’ award at Eniola’s movie premiere in March 2024, was sentenced to six months jail after being arrested for naira abuse at the ceremony.
Speaking in an Instagram post after his release, Bobrisky attributed his problems to the award he received from the actress.
However, addressing the claim during her latest interview on Oyinmomotv on YouTube, the actress denied the allegation, stating that Bobrisky knew why he was arrested.

Eniola Ajao, who claimed that the crossdresser’s arrest was linked to many issues he was involved in, noted that her movie premiere was used as bait.
“I don’t have issues with Bob, we aren’t fighting. Bob knew why he was arrested. But one cannot be coming to social media every time to give explanations because they won’t believe you. Social media users are one way traffic, it’s what they want to believe that they will believe no matter your explanation.
So, it’s better you allow things to unfold itself rather than explaining. Even when Bobrisky was in the prison, I’m always there to check on him.
So how do you expect him to fight me when he knows and understands our relationship. There’s no way I can abandon him in that situation, it’s only a wicked person that can do that. He was arrested over a lot of things,” she said.
In a new report, the Baale (traditional leader) of Kirikiri Town has alleged that controversial cross-dresser Bobrisky did not serve the 2024 prison sentence he was widely believed to have completed.
The chief, named Babalola Shabi, alleged that the cross-dresser smuggled eight Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards into the Kirikiri custodial facility and used them to funnel a total of N35 million through Point of Sale operators in the area, with intentions to bribe the prison officials for preferential treatment.
“Before the truth came out, everyone believed he was in Kirikiri serving his time. But the reality is that Bobrisky was living comfortably outside the prison walls, thanks to a criminal collaboration involving some officials,” he said.
He added that the prison officials who aided Bobrisky have since been suspended.
