Veteran Nollywood actor, Dele Odule has denied rumours of his death.
Reacting to the news in a video shared on his Instagram page, Dele Odule said he is very much alive.
Expressing his disappointment and frustration at the reports, he said,
“There is nothing wrong with me, I’m very much alive. I don’t know why someone would wish me dead.

“This is uncalled for, barbaric, and not fair.”
While also addressing another report of his arrest over child molestation, he questioned the motives behind the false rumors.
“What for? Don’t try to bring me down. If you come at me, you are coming at God because you’re not fighting me but God.”
Meanwhile, an elder statesman and respected national leader, Chief Senator Dr. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, OFR, CON, passed away.
His death was announced by the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF).
Surrounded by family and loved ones, Chief Clark passed away quietly in Abuja on the evening of Monday, February 17, 2025, at the age of 97.

Olorogun (Sir) Obiuwevbi Ominimini, PhD, PANDEF’s National Publicity Secretary and spokesperson, signed the press release announcing the news. It was released in collaboration with Ambassador Dr. Godknows Igali, OON, the National Chairman of PANDEF, and Professor College Clark of the Clark-Fuludu-Bakederemo family of Kiagbodo, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.
His passing was described as the fall of a “mighty Iroko tree. The statement highlighted Chief Clark’s towering contributions to public service, politics, and community development over 75 years.
Furthermore, A distinguished lawyer, activist, and politician, Chief Edwin Clark was a prominent leader of the South-South region of Nigeria and the Ijaw ethnic nationality. He founded PANDEF and co-led the South and Middle Belt Leaders Forum (SMBLF), advocating tirelessly for justice, equality, and human rights.
